A belated to my beloved...

Yesterday was my niece's 6th birthday!  I can't believe how the time flies.  I was lucky enough to make her a very special present, similar to the one I gave her last year.  I made a sign saying, "Happy 6th Birthday, Kelcey!"  I then went around the parks to a few of the characters (Snow White, Aurora, Cinderella and Belle), asking them to autograph and then hold it for a picture.  I put it together in a collage with the sign itself, as well as the four pictures.  A big "thank you" goes out to Mom and my friends who stood in the lines with me for the special gift!

Last night, Mom, Jonathan (brother), Christen (sister), Nick (Christen's boyfriend), and Kelcey (Christen's daughter/my niece) went out with my Aunt and two cousins and a family friend for the birthday dinner at Olive Garden.  It was so good to see my family for the first time in a few months, although I wish I had more time to chat.

'Weather's been pretty decent the past two days (low to high 50s, with some wind), which I'm thankful for after getting used to the 75+ degrees in Florida for the past two months.  I have a few errands to run today, which will not be horrible, as I can even ride with the windows down in the car!  One of my closest high school girlfriends is on her way to the house now, so I'm signing off, but want to share an idea for free time...
